How it works
We start by looking at what state the records are actually in, and you hear the answer before you commit to anything. If there is catch-up or cleanup work, it is quoted as its own job.
After that the rhythm is deliberately dull. Transactions come in, we record and reconcile them, and the month gets closed on a set schedule. Where a transaction needs context only you have, we ask one clear question rather than guessing and correcting later.
Records are kept somewhere they can still be found, which matters most at the point where somebody needs something from two years ago.

No. Catch-up work is treated as its own job with its own scope, so you know what it involves before it starts. Once you are current, the monthly work keeps it that way.
Do you work in QuickBooks?
Yes. QuickBooks Online setup, cleanup and monthly reconciliation are handled in house, and cleanup of an existing file is the more common request.
Can you do my bookkeeping and my taxes?
